Described by BusinessWeek as a “world conquering entrepreneur” and by Crain’s New York Business as “the father of angel investing in New York”, David is one of the city’s most active early stage investors. His vision and passion for mentoring and supporting entrepreneurs are what drive the world of RTV. During the Summer of 2011, David will be shuttling between Silicon Alley and Silicon Valley, where he is the Finance, Entrepreneurship & Economics Track Chair of the NASA/Google-sponsored Singularity University.

Galina Khorkova

Executive Assistant to David S. Rose

A globe-totting player in the world of entrepreneurial finance, Galina served as the Membership Manager of the European Business Angel Network in Brussels, Belgium, following work with the US Department of Commerce’s US Commercial Service in London. She is the ‘responsible party’ who keeps the rest of the entrepreneurs in order, controls everyone’s calendars, holds down the fort at both Rose Tech Ventures and Gust, and is very good about answering emails and phone calls. Eran Dror

Technical Writer - IT Development

Eran has an extensive background as an information technology writer in both the US and Israel. He has worked with several companies in the RTV portfolio, including Angelsoft and SetJam, documenting their internal planning and development processes, preparing release notes and coordinating customer feedback. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Haifa, Israel, with additional course work in Advanced Mathematics, Computer Programming, Robotics, Literature and Creative Writing. Prior to joining RTV he was a Technical Writer with MetComm.net, a New York-based ISP and IT service provider. Earlier in his career he spent four years as Senior Writer and Senior Editor at PC-ON magazine, one of Israel’s leading computing magazines.
